Hair fall

Hair fall is also called as alopecia or baldness. In which loss of hair will be there either from head or the body. It is normal for a person to lose 50-100 hairs per day. For most of the people, lost hair will grow back, but in some diseases, aging, stress, or hereditary conditions can affect your hair growth.
Causes of Hair fall
- Stress and anxiety: Stress and anxiety are one of the most common causes of your hair fall. Due to stress the hairs got pushed in to the resting face from the growth face, which eventually falls later.
- Genetics: Most common reason for hair fall is androgenetic alopecia, it happens due to the presence of genes, you got from your parents.
- Malnutrition: Nutritional deficiencies like low iron, vitamin D, zinc etc results in hair loss.
- Ageing: Ageing is another reason for the hair loss. As age progresses your hair growth slows and sometimes the hair follicle stops growing hair.
- Hormonal imbalances: Hormonal imbalances like excess male hormone androgen will results in hair fall, and the levels of oestrogen and progesterone reduces, which also results in hair thinning and slow hair growth.
- Thyroid diseases: Both Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism will result in hair fall. When T3 and T4 hormone production is disrupted then it will affect the development of hair at the root.
